Expansion into LV Solutions
Tricolite pioneered custom-built switchboard manufacturing in Delhi, becoming the first to deliver fully customized low-voltage solutions. This milestone positioned the company as an industry leader in LV assemblies across India.
Entry into MV Solutions
Tricolite expanded into medium voltage with a new assembly plant at Manesar and a landmark channel partnership with ABB Ltd for MV panels. This diversification opened critical infrastructure frontiers.
Manufacturing Growth
A new automated enclosure plant at Manesar significantly scaled manufacturing capacity. Tricolite adopted Total Quality Management, achieving IEC 61439 and IEC 62271 certifications and internal arc tested product ranges.
International Reach
Certified as Alliance Partner of Schneider Electric for Sandwich and Lighting Busways. Tricolite extended its footprint to 20+ countries across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, serving marquee global clients.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi, with a foundation in Electrical Engineering, He has built his career with some of the most reputed organizations in the electrical engineering domain — bringing deep industry knowledge, strategic acumen, and a proven track record of driving sustainable business growth.
In his current role as Chief Revenue Officer at Tricolite, He leads the organization's overall revenue strategy and growth initiatives. He is actively engaged in identifying and capitalizing on emerging business opportunities, while forging long-term strategic alignments with key stakeholders.
A strategic thinker with an expansive network, Girish is adept at navigating complex B2B, B2G, and B2C business environments, consistently translating market insights into measurable outcomes.
