Historically the Board of Tricolite has always been value conscious, they come from a lineage of highly spiritual and socially committed families where sharing has been a regular activity. Even before the statutory compliance of sharing profits was incorporated in the county’s laws, Tricolite was sharing its earnings with its employees and the world around.
Today under the CSR banner we have committed ourselves to the cause of Education and Community Development activities. Three free schools for the under privileged are on our panel that are run in Delhi NCR catering to over 1500+ children. Sugam NGO, Gurgaon, Dikhsa School Palam Vihar and Prakashdeep Foundation Faridabad. Tricolite supports them for purchase of all supplies needed like uniforms, stationary, musical instruments, lab equipment, meals and also restoring building infrastructure.
We also work very closely with Chinmaya Organization for Rural Development (CORD) that works in bringing sustainable development in villages of India through self -empowerment.
