Infrastructure

Manufacturing infrastructure based in Delhi NCR is spread over 180,000 sq. ft. of area. This is divided in three units, which houses fabrication, paint-shop and assembly. All shop floors are laid out as per flow manufacturing and TQM requirements to minimize non-essential movement of man and material.
 
FABRICATION

The fully bolted panel construction is made on the world’s most renowned CNC Servo Turret Punch & Press Brake Machine of AMADA, Japan for utmost speed & precision. It’s a CAD_CAM integrated machine with 240 sheet auto loader-unloader. The fabrication facility serves as a test-bed leading to development, demonstration and integration of advanced fabrication technologies. Type-AU-03 CRCA sheets are directly sourced from TATA Steels Ltd in order to maintain product excellence.

 
PAINTING

TRICOLITE can boast of its world-class automated Camelback Epoxy powder coating plant spread over 20,000 sq. feet with twenty eight spray tanks for pre-treatment of steel. Pre-treatment is done through Hot Phosphate process with online Temperature Monitoring of degreasing, phosphating, and passivation tanks. The fully conveyor zed Camelback plant with the best in the world, GEMA Electrostatic Guns for Powder Coating from Switzerland ensure perfection throughout the process. Separate Paint Booth and heavy duty drying and painting ovens are used to bake the powder at a consistent 200 degree Celsius for more than 30 minutes. Oven calibration at regular interval ensures consistent curing.

 
BUS BAR

A centralised busbar shop that feeds the entire plant works on flow manufacturing principle. The shop is designed to minimize cycle time and yield optimum productivity. Our mechanical and electrical design team has worked collectively to standardize the busbar designs for our regularly used switchgears. These standardized drawings facilitate speed at work and poka-yoke at product quality level. Raw materials of Aluminium are directly sourced from Hindalco and Copper is imported from Malaysia/ Thailand.

WIRING

Similar to Busbar shop this too works on Flow manufacturing principles. It’s the first shop at Tricolite which started working with women Technical Associates with 100% computerized ferruling machines. The shop is pneumatic tool enabled using Cembre crimping machine from Italy. Minimum FR Grade cabled purchased from reputed suppliers. A 30 stage inspection check for Power & Control wiring is inplace to ensure premium quality.
